"description": "Research index of machine-readable capabilities that AI agents look for on the open web and do not find. Read-only; returns measurements, not actions. Most of the surface is free; one export is priced at $0.01 or €0.01, payable by x402 in USDC or EURC with a free sample at /free/sample. Payment is verified and settled before the export is served. TESTNET only (Base Sepolia): test USDC, no monetary value, no mainnet route.",

The series IS returned over this interface: call the `adoption_curve` tool, free and without a credential — with no arguments for the trend, `epoch` for one point, `series: true` for all of them. "id": "paid-export",
"name": "Paid export — the analyses that are not published for free",
"description": "The measurements this service holds and does not publish on the free surface: per-class numerators with Wilson intervals and the discarded-as-unknown share, Kaplan-Meier survival of directive adoption by cohort, directive lineage, declaration growth, and RFC 9728 auth-discovery conformance detail — plus an ed25519 attestation naming the chain head and record count the figures were derived from, signed with the same key that signs every record. FREE SAMPLE at https://atlas.geosensor.tech/free/sample: it names every section and its size and shows two per-class numerator cells in full, so the contents can be judged before paying. Priced at $0.01 or €0.01 via x402 v2 (scheme `exact`, network `eip155:84532`), payable in USDC or EURC — the `accepts` array carries both and the client chooses. Two currencies are offered because we are an EU operator: EURC is a euro e-money token, so a euro payment reaches our bank with no FX step. Each is priced natively — 1000 atomic units of a 6-decimal token — and not converted into the other, because we did not get a rate. A credential is VERIFIED and then SETTLED through a facilitator before anything is served, and the settlement response is returned in the `x-payment-response` header; an unverifiable or unsettled credential returns the same 402. Base Sepolia TESTNET: settlement is real and on-chain, but it moves TEST USDC, which has no monetary value. There is no mainnet route and this host holds no funds. Findings about individual named third parties are not published at any price. Subscriptions are invoiced in EUROS by bank transfer and need no payment per call: €19/month for 2,000 calls, €99/month for 20,000, and a free 100-call trial. That route has no gas, no facilitator and no currency conversion, which is why it exists. Present a key in the `x-subscription-key` header; ask the operator for one.",
